If people stop and take notice, we’re extremely grateful. The more we can show, the more we can change. Here’s some of what’s been going on at Ready, Willing & Able (RWA).

On Wednesday November 18, Tierney hosted a mock interview night for RWA trainees currently looking for mainstream employment. Tierney employees volunteered to conduct practice interviews to give trainees exposure to the interview process and hone their skills. The event was a tremendous success.

"As part of Team Tierney, our philanthropic arm of the agency, we are always looking for new opportunities to lend our support to truly worthy causes throughout the Philadelphia area and the RWA experience was certainly one of them," said Patrick Hardy, Executive Vice President, Executive Creative Director, "The experience was incredibly rewarding for our employee volunteers, as well as the RWA trainees. There was an instant camaraderie and we look forward to exploring additional ways to work together in the future."
