You may see our paid workers beautifying Fairmount Park, stabilizing the city's vacant lots, or cleaning homeless shelters - making Philadelphia a better place for all who live and work here.

Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) ends homelessness, substance abuse, and criminal recidivism by providing paid transitional work, comprehensive support services, and clean, safe housing. Trainees complete the program free of drugs and alcohol, with full-time jobs in the private sector, and with their own apartments.
