Ready, Willing & Able provides transitional work, occupational training, housing and support services for homeless and formerly incarcerated individuals in Philadelphia. The program aims to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and criminal recidivism and has helped hundreds of individuals graduate into lives of self-sufficiency.
